Telus is testing the INQ Chat 3G, the BREW phone out of the UK with heavy social networking angle. By and large, it’s a dumbphone with well-tailored preloaded software, but my contact said he hates the thing. It’s actually kind of too bad that Telus decided to ruin the INQ brand name in Canada with a year-old BREW phone, when they could have just held out for the Android handset due to land in Q4 and made a grand entrance…
