iPhone OS 4.0 beta 3 now available for developers

Apple has released its iPhone OS 4.0 beta 3 to iPhone developer program members. Apple wasn’t specific about what’s included in the latest version, but hopefully it’s more stable than the second beta, which many reported was a bit unusable, according to Engadget.
