Apple iPad 3G in stores at 5pm on April 30th

Today Apple announced that anyone who has preordered the Wi-Fi + 3G version of the iPad will receive the device on Friday, April 30th. The 3G version of the iPad will also be available in Apple retail stores at 5pm on the same day. As we noted yesterday, if you didn’t preorder the device, it should ship by May 7th.
